Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 3-7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description (such as made-to-order products). 

 

Shipping varies according to your location, but usually takes 2-3 business days to main centres (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane) and up to 7 business days for rural areas. 

 

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee these shipping times, especially during peak times such as holidays. Also be aware that deliveries to certain areas are currently delayed due to COVID. 

 

Postage is $9.95 for regular items within Australia. For heavy items such as our ceramic burner, postage is calculated at the checkout.
